3. Project data pertaining to the concurrency <br />determination application under consideration <br />provided by the applicant. <br />(b) Concurrency Analysis <br />Using the data supplied under Section 910.11(5)(a) above, <br />the county Public Works Department shall evaluate the <br />impacts of the concurrency determination application to <br />determine whether adequate drainage capacity is available <br />or will be available concurrent with the impacts of the <br />development. In the event that the information described <br />in Section 910.11(5)(a) above is not available in its <br />entirety, the required data may be provided by the <br />applicant subject to verification by the Public Works <br />Department. In the case that development generated <br />demand exceeds the available capacity, the concurrency <br />determination certificate shall be denied. <br />(6) Solid Waste <br />(a) Concurrency determination applications shall be analyzed <br />by the Utilities Department to determine the availability <br />of adequate capacity using the following: <br />1. Documentation projecting annual usage rates of solid <br />waste disposal through the expected life of the <br />active segment of the sanitary landfill, using <br />population projections consistent with the <br />comprehensive plan; <br />2. Project data pertaining to the concurrency <br />determination application under consideration shall <br />be provided by the applicant, subject to <br />verification by the county Utilities Department, in <br />sufficient detail to determine the annual impact of <br />the proposed development on the solid waste <br />facilities, including at a minimum: <br />a. the number and type of residential units; <br />b. the type and intensity of non-residential uses <br />and estimated generation of solid waste; and <br />c. project phasing information, if applicable. <br />(b) Concurrency Analysis <br />Using the data applied under Section 910.10(6)(a) above, <br />the county Utilities Department shall annually prepare <br />a statement indicating that sufficient landfill capacity <br />exists to meet existing and projected solid waste <br />disposal requirements. <br />144 <br />
