3. Project data pertaining to the concurrency determination application under consideration provided by the applicant. (b) Concurrency Analysis Using the data supplied under Section 910.11(5)(a) above, the county Public Works Department shall evaluate the impacts of the concurrency determination application to determine whether adequate drainage capacity is available or will be available concurrent with the impacts of the development. In the event that the information described in Section 910.11(5)(a) above is not available in its entirety, the required data may be provided by the applicant subject to verification by the Public Works Department. In the case that development generated demand exceeds the available capacity, the concurrency determination certificate shall be denied. (6) Solid Waste (a) Concurrency determination applications shall be analyzed by the Utilities Department to determine the availability of adequate capacity using the following: 1. Documentation projecting annual usage rates of solid waste disposal through the expected life of the active segment of the sanitary landfill, using population projections consistent with the comprehensive plan; 2. Project data pertaining to the concurrency determination application under consideration shall be provided by the applicant, subject to verification by the county Utilities Department, in sufficient detail to determine the annual impact of the proposed development on the solid waste facilities, including at a minimum: a. the number and type of residential units; b. the type and intensity of non-residential uses and estimated generation of solid waste; and c. project phasing information, if applicable. (b) Concurrency Analysis Using the data applied under Section 910.10(6)(a) above, the county Utilities Department shall annually prepare a statement indicating that sufficient landfill capacity exists to meet existing and projected solid waste disposal requirements. 144
