(2) R-BCID: Blue Cypress Improvement District <br />(a) Purpose and Intent <br />The R-BCID Blue Cypress Improvement District is designed <br />to implement comprehensive plan policies for managing <br />development and resource conservation within the Blue <br />Cypress Improvement District as designated on the <br />comprehensive plan land use map. The expressed intent <br />of this district is to provide a regulatory framework <br />for promoting needed improvements within the district. <br />The R -SCID district is intended to restrict development <br />options in order to avoid potential adverse impacts of <br />continued uncontrolled development. The R-BCID shall <br />continue to accommodate residential and transient <br />housing needs of persons desiring to pursue water - <br />oriented recreational activities on a periodic basis. <br />The allowable land uses are restricted to single-family <br />dwelling units and associated accessory uses. The R- <br />BCID is not intended for use outside specified <br />boundaries delineated on the comprehensive plan. <br />(b) Uses <br />Uses in the R -SCID, Blue Cypress Improvement District, <br />are classified as permitted uses, administrative permit <br />uses and special exception uses. No building or <br />structure shall be erected, altered or used, except for <br />one or more of the following.
