As provided in Chapter 917, Accessory Uses and <br />Structures. <br />(d) Additional Regulations <br />1. Compliance with map of record. The maximum density <br />of future development shall be one unit per lot as <br />shown on the recorded map of the development filed <br />in the Indian River County Official Record Book <br />453, page 310. <br />2. Mobile home undercarriage skirting. The frames, <br />axles, wheels, crawl space, storage area and <br />utility connections of all mobile homes shall be <br />concealed from view through the use of durable all- <br />weather materials and shall effectively cover the <br />undercarriage areas. <br />3. Central wastewater system. Prior to any further <br />development, expansion, or addition to a lot, <br />building site, or structure within the R-BCID <br />district, except for additions of docks, utility <br />buildings or similar accessory uses on lots with <br />existing structures, plans for providing a central <br />wastewater system to the district shall be approved <br />by the county, the department of environmental <br />regulation and the St. John's River Water <br />Management District. The county shall require <br />assurances to guarantee availability of the central <br />wastewater system prior to any further building <br />activity in the area. <br />205 <br />
