The Rose -4 District is intended to <br />preserve the existing character of the area and provide <br />for the continued development of the area. <br />(b) Land Use and Location <br />The Rose -4 District is established in the Roseland area <br />of the county and is consistent with the L-2 and M-1 <br />land use designations. <br />(c) Uses <br />1 Maximum density is limited to one residential unit per lot <br />as shown on the unplatted subdivision of Blue Cypress Fishing Club, <br />located in Township 22 South, Range 36 East, Fellsmere Farms <br />Subdivision, Indian River County Official Record Book 453, pg. 310. <br />206 <br />
