6. walls and fences <br />7. garages, carports <br />8. utility buildings, workrooms, sheds <br />9. parking areas and driveways <br />10. sidewalks <br />11. steps <br />12. balconies, outside stairways <br />*13. guest cottages, servants quarters <br />*14. satellite dishes and antennas <br />*15. greenhouses <br />16. fuel tanks having a holding capacity of up to 200 <br />gallons <br />*17. transmission and/or reception towers 70' or shorter <br />in height <br />*18. dune crossover structures <br />*NOTE: these uses/structures must meet specific zoning <br />requirements found in section 912.15 of this <br />chapter <br />(C) Prohibited accessory structures include but are not <br />limited to: <br />1. fuel tanks having a holding capacity of over 200 <br />gallons, <br />2. transmission towers over 70' in height <br />3. any structure or facility used for commercial or <br />industrial processes or storage of stock in trade <br />(4) Temporary Uses. Certain temporary uses and related <br />structures are allowed in areas where single family <br />development is allowed; these are as specified in chapter <br />972, Temporary Uses. Portions of those regulations are <br />restated herein. <br />(A) Temporary Construction Trailers, Storage Facilities, <br />Watchman's Quarters. Temporary construction trailers, <br />temporary construction storage facilities, and <br />watchmen's quarters which are used temporarily in <br />connection with construction activities may be <br />permitted to locate in any zoning district under a <br />temporary use permit issued by the community development <br />director if the following requirements are met. <br />(1) Temporary use permits for construction trailers and <br />temporary construction storage facilities may be <br />issued for temporary trailers for a period of up to <br />one year. Upon showing of good cause, such permits <br />may be renewed annually by the community <br />development director. In no case shall a permit be <br />renewed for a period of time which extends beyond <br />the termination date of an active building permit <br />for the project. <br />229 <br />
