(A) The county shall not make any public improvements and <br />shall have no responsibility for the maintenance of <br />streets, drainage facilities or other facilities in <br />subdivisions whose dedications have not been accepted by <br />the county under the terms of this chapter. <br />(B) No changes, erasures, modifications or revisions shall <br />be made on any final plat after approval and signature <br />thereof unless said plat is first resubmitted and re- <br />approved under the provisions of this chapter. <br />(C) Plats shall not contain any reference to any possible <br />reversion of any interest in real property that has been <br />the subject of public or private dedication on a plat. <br />Formal pre -application conference. Before making application <br />for preliminary plat approval, the applicant and/or his <br />professional staff are required to discuss, informally, his <br />preliminary studies and sketches for a subdivision with <br />county staff and other government agency representatives <br />deemed appropriate by the community development director or <br />his designee. This step is an opportunity for the applicant <br />to avail himself of the advice and assistance of the <br />governmental agencies in order to facilitate the preparation <br />and review of preliminary and final plats or construction <br />drawings. <br />(A) Scheduling. Arrangements for this conference are to be <br />made through the community development office by <br />submitting the required application and drawings at <br />least seven (7) working days in advance of the <br />conference date. Reviewing departments will have at <br />least five (5) working days to review and make comments <br />at the conference. A filing fee, as established in a <br />resolution adopted by the board of county commissioners, <br />is required at the time of submittal. <br />(B) <br />1. The community development director or his designee <br />shall determine whether or not an application is <br />complete and can be routed for interdepartmental <br />review. No incomplete application shall be routed <br />for review. The applicant shall be notified as soon <br />as an incomplete determination has been made. <br />Information required for the formal pre -application <br />conference. The applicant will submit at least seven <br />(7) copies of the preliminary sketch plans of the <br />proposed subdivision to the community development <br />department at least seven (7) working days before the <br />scheduled date of the preapplication conference.
