1. Formal pre -application conference application and <br />filing fee as established in a resolution adopted <br />by the board of county commissioners; <br />2. Drawings must be designed on sheet(s) twenty-four <br />(24) inches by thirty-six (36) inches. A <br />subdivision sketch must be drawn showing the <br />proposed lots, rights-of-way, easements, water <br />management facilities, utility sources and canals <br />or waterways (if any); <br />3. Name, address and telephone number of the <br />applicant, surveyor and engineer and a list of all <br />the owners of the property (must be on the <br />application and the drawings); <br />4. Location sketch; <br />5. Existing zoning and comprehensive plan land use <br />classification of the subject site and adjacent <br />properties; <br />6. The location of all known rights-of-way and <br />easements on the subject site and adjacent <br />properties and the purposes for which they were <br />established; <br />7. Significant topographical areas, including all <br />watercourses, bodies of water and environmentally <br />sensitive lands; <br />8. Drawings must show the existing site conditions <br />including soil conditions, groundwater table, <br />drainage pattern, floodplain data and vegetation of <br />the subject site and immediately adjacent <br />properties, using U.S. Soil Conservation Service <br />data when available; <br />9. Existing facilities should be depicted including <br />water management, electric, utilities and water and <br />wastewater service; <br />10. A general description of the proposed subdivision <br />must be noted including the number of lots to be <br />created, the approximate size and width of lots, <br />approximate building size, type and use and <br />proposed phases of development; <br />11. A description of the project's boundary; and <br />12. A statement acknowledging that submittal of <br />incorrect and erroneous information may result in <br />a change of comments made by staff or requirements <br />to be applied. <br />281 <br />
