928) and environmentally significant areas <br />(see Chapter 929), where such areas exist on <br />site. <br />i. Completed land clearing permit application; <br />j. Completed tree removal permit application; and <br />k. A concurrency certificate or evidence of <br />application for a certificate. <br />The community development director or his designee shall <br />determine whether or not an application is complete and <br />can be routed for interdepartmental review. No <br />incomplete application shall be routed for review. The <br />applicant shall be notified as soon as an incomplete <br />determination has been made. <br />(B) Drawings. The preliminary plat shall be: <br />1. Prepared by a professional engineer or surveyor <br />registered in the State of Florida; <br />2. Drawings on sheet(s) twenty-four (24) inches by <br />thirty-six (36) inches; and <br />3. To a scale not smaller than one inch equals one <br />hundred (100) feet; for subdivisions exceeding one <br />hundred (100) acres, the scale may be as small as <br />one inch equals two hundred (200) feet or as <br />approved by the community development director or <br />his designee. <br />(C) Information required on preliminary plat. The <br />preliminary plat shall contain the following: <br />1. Title block; <br />2. Name of the proposed subdivision; <br />3. County and state; <br />4. Date of preparation of the preliminary plat and of <br />any revision <br />5. Name, address and telephone number of the <br />applicant; <br />6. Name and address of all owners; <br />7. North arrow and scale; <br />8. Location sketch showing the existing <br />zoning and land use classification <br />283 <br />
