17. Developer shall submit to the community development <br />department copies of the applications to or permits <br />from all other permitting agencies that are <br />applicable to the project. <br />18. Written acknowledgement of the notification <br />requirements of Section 913.07(5)(H) of this <br />chapter. <br />(C) Review <br />1. Within three (3) working days of receipt of said <br />plans and specifications, the planning department <br />will check the plans and specifications for <br />completeness and conformance with the approved <br />preliminary plat, maintain one copy of the plans <br />for the project file, and forward the remainder to <br />the public works department. <br />2. Within three (3) working days of receipt of the <br />application and materials from the planning <br />department, the public works department shall route <br />the plans and specifications to the applicable <br />departments for review. Within fifteen (15) <br />working days after receipt of such plans and <br />specifications, the applicable departments shall <br />submit their comments and recommendations to the <br />public works director. The applicant will be <br />advised in writing by the public works department <br />of all applicable departmental comments within <br />twenty-five (25) working days from date of <br />application submittal. <br />(D) Approval of plans and specifications. After the <br />applicant has adequately addressed all departmental <br />comments and has submitted to the public works department <br />revised documents in accordance with departmental <br />comments and has submitted copies of all required <br />jurisdictional agency permits, the public works director <br />shall, within ten (10) working days, approve or <br />disapprove, the construction plans and specifications and <br />issue a land development permit. Prior to disapproving <br />any permits the public works department shall provide to <br />the applicant a second set of comments. <br />(E) Appeals. Appeals of decisions from the public works <br />department may be made to the board of county <br />commissioners. The public works department shall <br />schedule the meeting. The board of county commissioners <br />can overturn the appeal only if the application is found <br />to meet all requirements of the county standards. <br />(F) Modifications. Minor modifications to approved <br />preliminary plats may occur after the issuance of a land <br />development permit, subject to approval by the public <br />296 <br />
