other means, whereby a purchaser in exchange for advanced <br />consideration receives a right to use accommodations or facilities, <br />or both for a period of time less than a full year during any given <br />year but not necessarily for consecutive years, and which extends <br />for a period of more than three (3) years. <br />Time -Share Unit - Any dwelling unit in which time-share estates <br />have been created. <br />Tinted or Filmed Glass - Window glass which as been covered with <br />window tint or film such that the material has a visible <br />transmittance (the percent of incident radiation passing through <br />a window) of forty-five percent (45%) or less. <br />Townhouse - A one -family dwelling in a group of at least three such <br />units in which each unit has its own front and rear access to the <br />outside, no unit is located over another unit, and each unit is <br />separated from any other unit by one or more common fire resistant <br />walls. <br />Tract - A parcel of land that is being subdivided into smaller <br />segments or, if the context is proper, a designated area or parcel <br />on a plat. <br />Traffic Analysis Zone (TAZ) - A portion of a transportation study <br />area delineated geographically for land use and traffic analysis <br />purposes incorporating household and socioeconomic data. <br />Traffic Assignment - The procedure of determining and allocating <br />trips to specific segments on the Concurrency Determination Network <br />as travel occurs from one location to another location. <br />Traffic Circulation Plan - The official map of present and future <br />streets adopted by the board of county commissioners. <br />Traffic -Control Device -Any sign, signal, marking or device placed <br />or erected for the purpose of regulating, warning, or guiding <br />vehicular or pedestrian traffic. <br />Traffic Count Location - A location established by the Director of <br />Public Works where periodic traffic counts are taken by the Florida <br />Department of Transportation, Indian River County, or any other <br />local jurisdiction or private entity; and where additional traffic <br />counts may be required as part of the submission requirements of <br />a traffic impact study. <br />Traffic Impact Fee Districts - Those nine (9) geographical areas, <br />as identified on the Traffic Impact Fee District Map, which is <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br />Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) - The conveyance of <br />development rights by deed, easement, or other legal instrument <br />authorized by local law to another parcel of land and the recording <br />of that conveyance. <br />79 <br />
