Lyons, Chairman` <br />Dec. 24, 1980..:.... <br />ASSISTANT ATTORNEY SOVIERO EXPLAINED THAT THIS ORDINANCE <br />WOULD ACCOMPLISH REQUIRING A DEVELOPER TO SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR A <br />BINDING LETTER OF INTERPRETATION, AND THE THRESHOLD HAS BEEN SET <br />AT 500 UNITS. HE REFERRED TO PAGE 2, SECTION 2, AND RECOMMENDED <br />THAT "FIVE YEARS" BE INSERTED IN THE BLANK SPACE. ATTORNEY SOVIERO <br />THEN DISCUSSED ADDING A NEW "SECTION 3" WHICH IS AN ALTERNATE FOR <br />THE BOARD TO CONSIDER REGARDING COMPLETED SITE PLAN APPLICATIONS <br />THAT HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT. <br />42 <br />
