JAN 2 81981 <br />5 pacE 674 <br />COMMISSIONER FLETCHER QUESTIONED WHERE THE SUBJECT PROPERTY <br />WAS IN RELATION TO THE ANNEXED PROPERTY. <br />HENRY FISCHER, DR. FISCHER'S SON, CAME BEFORE THE BOARD AND <br />STATED THAT THE PROPERTY USED TO BELONG TO HEWEY SMITH. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS EXPLAINED THAT THE FISCHER PROPERTY WAS <br />LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SECTION AND THE ANNEXED <br />PROPERTY WAS IN THE SOUTHEAST SECTION. HE ALSO POINTED OUT THAT <br />DENSITIES CANNOT BE INCREASED ON ANNEXED LAND WITHOUT CONSENT OF THE <br />BOARD. <br />COMMISSIONER FLETCHER ASKED MR. FISCHER IF HE WAS AWARE <br />OF ANY INTENTION TO REQUEST ANNEXATION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY INTO <br />THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, AND HE RESPONDED THAT IT WAS NOT, TO HIS <br />KNOWLEDGE, TO BE REQUESTED. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION.
