ORDINANCE NO. 81-5 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended <br />as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Tract 24 in the south half of Section 29, Township <br />32 South, Range 39 East, said land lying and being <br />in Indian River County, Florida <br />Be changed from R-1 Residential District to A -Agricultural <br />District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect February 16, 1981. <br />
