SECTION 01510 <br />TEMPORARY UTILITIES <br />PART 1 -- GENERAL <br />1.01 REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED <br />A. Furnish, install, and maintain temporary utilities required for <br />construction; remove on completion of entire project. <br />B. Provide temperature, ventilation, and lighting requirements, if <br />applicable, as specified in each individual section. <br />1.02 RELATED REQUIREMENTS <br />Section 01000: Summary of Work <br />1.03 REQUIREMENTS OF REGULATORY AGENCIES <br />A. Comply with National Electric Code. <br />B. Comply with federal, state, and local codes and regulations, and <br />with utility company requirements. <br />PART 2 -- PRODUCTS <br />2.01 MATERIALS (GENERAL) <br />Materials may be new or used, but must be adequate in capacity for the <br />required usage. They MUS__ create unsafe conditions, and MUST <br />NOT violate requirements of applicable codes and standards. <br />2.02 TEMPORARY ELECTRICITY AND LIGHTING <br />A. The Contractor must maintain power to all existing buildings and <br />areas. <br />B. The Contractor is responsible for providing and paying for all <br />Power required for his operations. Contractor shall make <br />arrangements with Owner for temporary power. <br />C. Contractor is responsible for arranging power for his office <br />trailers(s), power tools, etc., at his own expense. The Contractor <br />shall pay the costs of all power used. <br />01510-1 <br />
