Financing is <br />provided by the Department of Housing and Urban Development <br />and transfers from other funds. <br />Fellsmere Old School- To account for expenditures incurred by the restoration of the <br />Fellsmere Old School. Financing is provided by the Department of <br />Environmental Protection and the Department of State. <br />MAJOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND <br />Optional Sales Tax- To account for revenues generated by the local option 1 cent sales <br />tax.
