Traffic Education Program- To account for the proceeds of an additional $3 add-on to traffic - <br />fines authorized by County Ordinance. Proceeds must be used for <br />traffic education programs. <br />Clerk Special Revenue- To account for the proceeds from a special recording fee to be used O <br />for modernizing the Clerk of the Circuit Courts' public records <br />system. a <br />Sheriff Special Revenue- To account for the expenditure of grants, fines and restricted <br />revenues received by the Sheriff. <br />Supervisor of Elections LJ <br />Special Revenue- To account for revenues and expenditures from state grants for <br />voter education and pollworker activities. <br />Street Lighting Districts- To account for the costs of providing street lights. Financing is <br />provided by the levying of special assessments. <br />DEBT SERVICE FUNDS <br />Spring Training Facility Bonds- To account for the accumulation of State assistance and tourist tax <br />monies pledged to pay the principal, interest, and fiscal charges on <br />the Spring Training Facility Bonds. <br />Land Acquisition Bonds- To account for the accumulation of ad valorem taxes to pay the <br />principal, interest and fiscal charges related to the Land <br />Acquisition Bonds. <br />CAPITAL PROJECTS FUNDS <br />Dodgertown Capital Reserve- To provide additional improvements to the Dodgertown Spring <br />Training Facility. The City of Vero Beach contributed $1,400,000 <br />and the County contributed $600,000. (7 <br />Gifford Road Construction- To account for expenditures incurred to improve the Gifford area. <br />Financing is provided by a transfer from the Secondary Roads <br />Construction Special Revenue Fund. <br />Shooting Range- To account for expenditures incurred to construct a public shooting <br />range. Financing is provided by the Florida Game and Freshwater <br />Fish Commission and transfers from other funds. <br />98 a <br />
