APR 151991 <br />CHAIRMAN LYONS NOTED THAT AT A MEETING HELD RECENTLY <br />REGARDING THE GIFFORD SPECIAL TAX DISTRICT, THE DISCUSSION WAS <br />LIMITED TO STREET LIGHTING,AND THE CHAIRMAN STRESSED THAT HE WOULD <br />HAVE A PROBLEM RECOMMENDING THIS MATTER TO THE BOARD UNLESS IT <br />REPRESENTED THE STATE OF MIND OF THE MAJORITY IN GIFFORD, CHAIRMAN <br />LYONS CONTINUED THAT HE ASKED THAT THE VARIOUS GROUPS GET TOGETHER <br />FROM GIFFORD, MEET WITH THE CITY OF VERO BEACH AND FLORIDA POWER <br />& LIGHT, AND COME UP WITH A PLAN. <br />DISCUSSION FOLLOWED.
