IT WAS VOTED ON <br />AND CARRIED WITH A VOTE OF 4 TO 1, WITH COMMISSIONER FLETCHER VOTING <br />IN OPPOSITION. <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />ORDINANCE NO. 81-13 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4-31 INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY CODE OF LAPIS AND ORDINANCES STANDARD <br />BUILDING CODE ADOPTED TO PROVIDE FOR-7M0=ON-` <br />OF THE 3RD PRINTING OF THE STANDARD BUILDING <br />CODE, 1979 EDITION, AND PROVIDING FOR AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Indian River County Code of Laws and Ordinances <br />Section 4-31, which previously read: <br />Sec. 4-31. Standard Building Code adopted. <br />The Standard Building Code, 1979 edition, as printed by the Southern <br />Building Code Congress is hereby adopted by reference as the Indian River <br />County, Florida, Building Code with the modifications as hereinafter set <br />out. <br />Indian River County Code of Laws and Ordinances Section 4-31 is amended <br />to read as follows: <br />Sec. 4-31.
