<br />Planning and Zoning Commission of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, did review the
<br />feasibility of making the following changes
<br />and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of In.
<br />dian River County, Florida, which changes
<br />and additions are substantleily as follows:
<br />I. That the Zoning Map be changed in order
<br />that the following described property located
<br />west of 43rd Avenue on South Gifford Road In
<br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />The North S acres of the East 10 acres of
<br />Tract 10, Section 29, Township 32 South, Range
<br />39 East, less Canal R•W, said property lying
<br />and being in Indian Rivfer county, Florida.
<br />Be changed from LM -1 Light Manufacturing
<br />District to M-1 industrial District. '
<br />A public hearing in relation thereto at which
<br />parties in interest and citizens shall have an
<br />Opportunity to be heard, will be held by the
<br />Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, in the Council Chamber
<br />of the City Hall, Vero Beach, Florida, on
<br />Wednesday, April IS,1981, at 1:30 P.M.
<br />If any person decides to appeal any decision
<br />made on the above matter, he will need a
<br />record of the proceedings, and for such pur-
<br />poses, he may need to insure that a verbatim
<br />record of the Proceedings is made, which in-
<br />cludes testimony and evidence upon which the
<br />appeal is based. -

<br />PLANNING DIRECTOR RFVER EXPLAINED THAT THE PROPERTY INVOLVED
<br />CONSISTS OF APPROXIMATELY 5 ACRES OF COUNTY—OWNED LAND WHICH THE
<br />HUMANE SOCIETY HAS REQUESTED BE -REZONED FOR THEIR USE.
