<br />KEEP THE APPLICATION PENDING UNTIL AN ORDINANCE SETTING UP A NEW
<br />ZONING DISTRICT FOR A MULTIPLE FAMILY DENSITY OF SIX UNITS PER ACRE
<br />COULD BE ADOPTED. AT THAT TIME, NOTICE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS
