1 <br />A: Indian River County will pay the Florida Power & Light fee to provide electric D <br />service to the Lateral D Canal Pump Station site and to the Egret Marsh Stormwater <br />Park site. The Contractor shall schedule all electric service with FP&L and make all (1 <br />applications for electrical service. <br />d. Q: Will the Contractor have to pay for any permits? <br />A: The County has obtained (or will obtain) the following permits: <br />1. SJRWMD Permit No. 4-061-107400-1 <br />2. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Permit No. SAJ-2006-6164 (SP -TSD) <br />3. Indian River Farms Water Control District Permits (This permit should be <br />issued in Addendum No. 2 shortly.) <br />4. Indian River County Site Plan. Approval <br />5. Indian River County Type B Stormwater Management System Permit No. <br />2006100156-62049 <br />The Contractor shall obtain and pay for all other required permits. Indian River <br />County will pay any impact fees associated with permits. <br />e. Q: Is a Building Permit required? <br />A: The County Building Department will require building permits for the three <br />prefabricated buildings (restroom building, influent monitoring building, and effluent <br />monitoring building) and it will also require electrical permits for all site electric, <br />including the offsite pumping station at the Lateral D Canal. The Contractor shall <br />apply for, pay for, and obtain all required permits from the Building Department. <br />f. Q: Who pays for soil testing? <br />A: Per Section 01410 —Testing Laboratory Services, the Contractor shall pay for all <br />soil testing. <br />g. Q.- Is burning of trees or cleared debris allowed at the site? <br />A: No. <br />h. Q: Are AutoCAD files available to bidders? <br />A: Certain civil and mechanical drawings will be made available to bidders in <br />AutoCAD LT 2006 format if a written request for the files is submitted. PDF files of <br />any sheet may be obtained if a written request for the files is submitted. Submit <br />requests to Luanne Marino at Indian River County Public Works, 1801 27th Street, <br />Building A, Vero Beach, FL 32960, Lmarino@ircqov.com. <br />i. Q: Is the County considering any escalation cost? <br />A: No. <br />j.
