r <br />MAY 2.01981. <br />.-THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF -ANYONE PRESENT WISHED TO BE -HEARD. <br />_ THERE WERE NONE. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER WODTKE,-SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />FLETCHER, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY.'CLOSED_THE PUBLIC HEARING. - <br />ON -MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SCURLOCK, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />-FLETCHER, THE. -BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED ORDINANCE.81'18 REZONING THE <br />PROPERTY AS ADVERTISED FROM -M-1 TO -C-1 AS REQUESTED BY DEL FIVE CORP- <br />ORATION. <br />ORDINANCE .NO. 81-18 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the <br />hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public <br />hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by --the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, <br />Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed. in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, t8 -wit: <br />Tract C, Vero Beach Highlands, Unit #1, according to <br />plat thereof filed in Plat Book 5, page 29, Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida <br />-AND that portion of 21st Street of said Tract C, <br />abandoned per Official Record Book 483, pages 856 <br />through 859, Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida <br />Be changed from M-1 Industrial District to C-1 Commercial <br />District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect May 26, 1981. <br />M <br />
