E. Payment for Record Drawings, Review of Electronic As-Builts and signing <br />and sealing As-Builts shall be made under: <br />Pay Item No. — Record Drawings — Lump Sum <br />ACCURACY <br />The CONTRACTOR will be held responsible for the accuracy and completeness of <br />Record Drawings and Electronic As-Builts and shall bear any costs incurred in finding <br />utilities as a result of incorrect data furnished by the CONTRACTOR. <br />COMPLETION OF WORK <br />Upon Substantial Completion of the Work, deliver Record/As-Built Drawings to <br />ENGINEER.
