C. An approved method of stabilization consisting of sprinkling or other similar methods <br />will be permitted to control dust. The use of petroleum products is prohibited. The <br />use of chlorides may be permitted with approval from the Engineer <br />D. Sprinkling, to he approved, must be repeated at such intervals as to keep all parts of <br />the disturbed area at least damp at all times, and the Contractor shall have sufficient <br />competent equipment on the job to accomplish this. Dust control shall be performed <br />as the work proceeds and whenever a dust nuisance or hazard occurs, as <br />determined by the Engineer. <br />3.05 NOISE CONTROL <br />A. Make every effort to minimize noises caused the construction operations. <br />Equipment shall be equipped with silencers or mufflers designed to operate with the <br />least possible noise in compliance with Federal and State regulations. <br />3.06 MAINTENANCE OF POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITIES DURING CONSTRUCTION <br />A.
