SECTION 01200 <br />PROJECT MEETINGS <br />PART1 — GENERAL <br />1.01 REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED <br />A. The Engineer shall schedule and administer pre -construction meeting, periodic <br />progress meetings and specially called meetings throughout progress of the work. <br />1. Prepare agenda for meetings. <br />2. Make physical arrangements for meetings. <br />3. Preside at meetings. <br />4. Record the minutes; include significant proceedings and decisions. <br />5. Reproduce and distribute copies of minutes within 15 working days after each <br />meeting. <br />a. To participants in the meeting. <br />b. To parties affected by decisions made at the meeting. <br />B. Representatives of Contractors, Subcontractors and suppliers attending meetings <br />shall be qualified and authorized to act on behalf of the entity each represents. <br />C. Attend meetings to ascertain that work is expedited consistent with Contract <br />Documents and construction schedules. <br />1.02 RELATED REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Instructions to Bidders are included in Section 00100. <br />B. Construction Schedules are included in Section 01311. <br />C. Shop Drawings, Working Drawings and Samples are included in Section 01300. <br />D. Contract Closeout is included in Section 01700. <br />1.03 PRE -CONSTRUCTION MEETING <br />A. Schedule a preconstruction meeting no later than 15 days after date of Notice to <br />Proceed. <br />B Location: A central site, convenient for all parties, designated by the Owner. <br />C. Attendance <br />1. Owner's Representative. <br />2. Engineer and his/her professional consultants. <br />3. Resident Project Representative. <br />4. Contractor's Superintendent, <br />5.
