Schedule regular periodic meetings. The prcgress meetings will be held every 30 <br />days with the first meeting 30 days after the pre -construction meeting or 30 days <br />after the date of Notice to Proceed. <br />B. Hold called meetings as required by progress of the work. <br />C. Location of the meetings: Project field office of Contractor or Engineer. <br />D. Attendance <br />1. Engineer and his/her professional consultants as needed <br />2. Subcontractors as appropriate to the agenda. <br />3. Suppliers as appropriate to the agenda. <br />4. Others as appropriate. <br />E.
