SECTION 01311 <br />CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULES <br />PART 9 —GENERAL <br />1.01 REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED <br />A Promptly after award of the Contract, Contractor shall prepare and submit to the <br />Engineer estimated construction progress for the Work, with sub -schedules of <br />related activities which are essential to its progress. <br />B. Coordinate the work and scheduling with and around other Contractors and <br />individual trades performing work on the Project. <br />C Submit revised progress schedules with each application for payment. <br />D. Progress Schedule shall become part of Contract Documents after approval by <br />Engineer. <br />1.02 RELATED REQUIREMENTS <br />A. In other parts of the Contract Documents: <br />1. General Conditions — Section 00700: <br />a. Articles 2 and 6 — Schedules, Reports, and Records <br />b. Sections 6.01 and 6.02 -- Supervision by Contractor <br />c. Article 15 — Supervision of Work, Termination, and Delay <br />B. Specified in other sections - <br />1 Summary of Work is included in Section 01010. <br />2. Submittals is included in Section 01300. <br />1.03 FORM OF SCHEDULES <br />A. Prepare schedules in the form of a horizontal bar chart as follows: <br />1. Provide separate horizontal bar for each trade or operation <br />2. Horizontal time scale: Identify the first work day of each week. <br />3. Scale and spacing: To allow space for notations and future revisions. <br />4. Maximum sheet size: 24 inch by 36 inch <br />B. Format of listings: The chronological order of the start of each item of work <br />C. Identification of listings: By major specification section numbers <br />1.04 CONTENT OF SCHEDULES <br />A Construction Progress Schedule shall: <br />1 Show the complete sequence of construction by activity. <br />2. Show the dates for the beginning and completion of each major element of <br />construction; specifically list (at a minimum): <br />a. Subcontractor work <br />b. Utility Construction <br />c.
