D. Provide to the laboratory the preliminary design mix proposed to be used for concrete, <br />and other material mixes which require control by the testing laboratory. <br />E. Materials and equipment used in the performance of work under this Contract are <br />subject to inspection and testing at the point of manufacture or fabrication. Standard <br />specifications for quality and workmanship are indicated in the Contract Documents. <br />The Engineer may require the Contractor to provide statements or certificates from the <br />manufacturers and fabricators that the materials and equipment provided by them are <br />manufactured or fabricated in full accordance with the standard specifications for <br />quality and workmanship indicated in the Contract Documents. All costs of this testing <br />and providing statements and certificates shall be a subsidiary obligation of the <br />Contractor, anti no oxtra charge to the Owner shall be allowed on account of such <br />testing and certification. <br />F. Furnish incidental labor and facilities: <br />1. To provide access to work to be tested <br />2. To obtain and handle samples at tho project site or at M& sourc6 of tiio product <br />to be tested <br />3. TA facilitate inspections and tests <br />4. For storage and curing of test samples <br />G. Notify laboratory, in advance of operations to allow for laboratory assignments of <br />personnel and scheduling of tests. <br />H.
