Independent Contractors, Products and Conopieted Operations including X C. ;-f (Explosion Collapse, Underground) Broad Fors -ii Property N)mage: Broad Form Property Damage Endorsement, with a combined single limit of not less than $3,000,000 general aggregate to include products/completed operations, fire damage /legal liability, and medical payments. Limits can be layered with an Excess Liability Policy (Umbrella). 3. Business Auto Liability Coverage shall include Owned vehicles and Mired/Non-Owned vehicles, for a combined single limit (bodily injury and property damage) of not less than $500,000/Combined single limit (Bodily Injury/Property Damage); personal injury protection -- statutory limits; $500,000/hired/non-owned auto liability. Limits can be layered with Excess Liability Policy (Umbrella). D. Insurance Requirements — Ten (10) days prior to the commencement of any Work under the Contract, a certificate of insurance shall be provided to the Indian River County Risk Manager for review and approval. The certificate shall provide that: (a) Indian River County (as Owner) and Masteller & Moler, Inc. (as Engineer) be named as an additional insured on the commercial general liability, auto liability, and Contractor's Builders' Risk "All Risk' insurance policies: (b) the Contractor's inse_,rance coverage shall be primary; and (c) Indian River County (as Owner) and Masteller & Moler. Inc. will be given thirty (30) days notice prior to cancellation or modification of any required insurance and such notice shall be in writing by registered mail, return receipt requested and addressed to the Indian River County Risk Manager. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that all subcontractors comply with all insurance requirements of this Contract E. All coverage shall be maintained without interruption from date of commencement of Work until date of final payment. F. All insurers must be authorized to do business in Florida and have a Best Key Rating of A VII. G.
