Indian River County, Florida <br />Notes To Financial Statements <br />Year Ended September 30, 2010 <br />NOTE 12 — ACCOUNTS PAYABLE <br />Payables <br />Payables at September 30, 2010, were as follows: <br />The County has not engaged in any short-term debt activity during fiscal year 2010 other than that <br />listed in Note 9. <br />Due To Other Governments — Utilities Fund <br />On August 25, 2010, the County received notification from the State Division of Emergency <br />Management that a repayment of $2,827,524 may be due to the Federal Emergency Management <br />Agency (FEMA) for disallowed costs related to a sewer project. The County has appealed FEMA's <br />decision.
