<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the
<br />Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, will hold a public
<br />hearing on July 1, 1981, at 10:00 a.m., in the
<br />City Council Chambers in the Vero Beach City
<br />Hall to consider the adoption of an
<br />Ordinance declaring the Intent of the Board
<br />of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida,- to exercise the authority
<br />granted to it under the Local Government
<br />Comprehensive Planning Act of 1975, Sections
<br />163.3161 — 163.3211, Florida Statutes, and for
<br />providing an effective date.
<br />.If any person decides to appeal any decision
<br />made on the above matter, he will need a,
<br />record of the proceedings, and for such pur-
<br />pose, he may n ed to insure that a verbatim
