g. Provide inspection of the condition of railroad tracks <br />and all supportive, relative equipment, including <br />locomotives and other rolling stock of any railroad <br />operated within the State, and provide personnel to <br />determine the cause of a railroad accident. <br />2.3.7 Department of Law Enforcement <br />a. Coordinate, integrate, and implement law enforcement <br />planning and activities for the use of mutual aid and <br />state resources. <br />b. Maintain lists of special law enforcement, specially <br />trained personnel, and all regular, auxiliary, and reserve <br />law enforcement personnel and equipment within the <br />state. <br />C. Coordinate the organization and direction of the law <br />enforcement services of the Florida Mutual Aid Plan. <br />d. Maintain liaison with State Law Enforcement agencies <br />in order to coordinate and integrate plans for traffic <br />control and the participation of the agencies in law <br />enforcement emergency operations. <br />e. Maintain liaison with the Governor, state departments <br />and agencies, and local law enforcement officials in <br />order to achieve close coordination and cooperation in <br />planning and operations in trouble areas. <br />f. Facilitate the flow of law enforcement information from <br />state organizations to local law enforcement officials. <br />2.3.8 Department of Highway Safety/Motor Vehicles <br />a. Assist other law enforcement agencies in the movement <br />of traffic during an emergency involving hazardous <br />materials. <br />b. Assist other law enforcement agencies in the state to <br />police the affected area. <br />C.
