JUL 151981 ` 852 <br />18 ACRES MORE OR LESS OF LAND ON THE EAST SIDE OF U.S. N0. 1 <br />ABUTTING THE SOUTHERN PROPERTY LINE OF FLORAVON SHORES SUBDIVISION, <br />JUST BELOW 110TH STREET, HAVING 660 FEET OF FRONTAGE ON U.S N0, 1, <br />FROM C -1A AND R-3 TO R -LB AS INITIATED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 81-25 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Coiiimissioners of Indian River; <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended <br />as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in -order that the <br />following described property situated in I.ndian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Said land being approximately 1300 feet deep as measured <br />on a straight line from U.S. #1 and lying Easterly of <br />U.S. #1 in Government Lots 3 and 4, Section 8, Township 31 <br />South, Range 39 East, bounded on the North by the South line of <br />Floravon Shores Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 4, <br />page 78, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, <br />and bounded on the South by the North right-of-way line of <br />State Road Department Lateral Ditch No. 5 (Section No. <br />8801-(110-207). All the above situate in Indian River County, <br />Flor.ida and containing 18 acres more or less. <br />Be changed from C -1A Restricted Commercial District and R-3 <br />Multiple Family District to R -2B Multiple Family District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Thi s Ordi nance shal 1 take effect July 20, 1981. <br />30 <br />
