AUG 51991 BOOK 47 F� <br />day, a ground storage tank with a design capacity of 200,000 <br />gallons, a 10,000 -gallon hydropneumatic tank, including but not <br />limited to all pumps, drives, electrical controls, testing <br />equipment and available operating records and data. Said water <br />treatment plant is described in the record drawings attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A-8 and are located on that certain parcel of <br />land in Indian River County as described in Exhibit A-9. <br />B. VISTA hereby conveys to COUNTY the six (6) <br />potable wells and their related.equipment, i.e., pumps and <br />electrical systems attached thereto, same being situated on the <br />Vista Royale project in the approximate locations as indicated <br />on Exhibit A-5 and specifically designated as "Well Site Per <br />Paragraph II B, attached hereto. <br />C. VISTA hereby conveys to the COUNTY its <br />right, title, and interest in and to one (1) 100 kilowatt power <br />generator described in Exhibit A-4 attached hereto. <br />D. VISTA hereby conveys to the COUNTY all its <br />right, title and interest in and to the water distribution: <br />system described in Exhibit A-3, attached hereto. <br />III: Vista Royale Gardens Sewage Treatment Plant: <br />The following -described property shall be used <br />exclusively for sewage treatment and necessary activities <br />associated therewith. <br />A. VISTA will convey to the COUNTY all of its <br />right, title,..and interest in and to the 150,000 gallon per day <br />capacity extended aeration sewage plant with tertiary <br />filtration; the 30,000 gallon surge tank with pumps, drives and <br />controls, all of which are described in the sewage treatment <br />plant construction drawings attached hereto as Exhibit B-1 and <br />located in Indian River County on that certain parcel of land <br />described in Exhibit B-2 attached hereto. <br />B. VISTA will convey to the COUNTY all of its <br />right, title, and interest in and to two (2) lift stations and <br />the entire collection system as described in the water <br />3 <br />
