M. <br />M <br />distribution and sewage collection system construction drawings <br />attached hereto as Exhibit B-3. <br />C. VISTA will convey to the COUNTY all of its <br />right, title and interest in and to that certain 65 kilowatt <br />auxiliary power generator described in the inventory attached <br />hereto as Exhibit B-4. <br />IV. Vista Royale Gardens Water Storage and <br />Distribution Facilities. <br />A. VISTA will convey to the COUNTY all of its <br />right, title and interest in and to the 100,000 gallon ground <br />storage tank, 10,000 gallon hydropneumatic tank, two (2) high <br />service pumps and related equipment as described in the water <br />storage and distribution facilities system construction <br />drawings attached hereto as Exhibit B-6 and located on that <br />parcel of land in Indian River County described in Exhibit B-7 <br />attached hereto. <br />B. VISTA will convey to the COUNTY all of its <br />right, title and interest in and to the water distribution <br />system as described in the water distribution and sewer <br />collection system construction drawings attached hereto as <br />Exhibit B-3. <br />C. VISTA will convey to the COUNTY its right, <br />title and interest in and to one (1) 50 kilowatt auxiliary <br />power generator described in Exhibit B-4 attached hereto. <br />V.-. Vista Royale Easements. <br />A. VISTA hereby grants to the COUNTY a <br />non-exclusive easement for access to that certain parcel of <br />land containing more or less six (6) acres of impounded wet <br />lands located in Golf Area Five, which is presently used as an <br />effluent discharge area, said area located in Indian River <br />County, Florida, and which is specifically designated on <br />Exhibit A-5 attached hereto and marked "Six Acre Effluent <br />Easement Area Per Paragraph V-A."; the purpose of this easement <br />is to grant to the COUNTY the use of said six (6) acres for the <br />sole use as an effluent discharge area in sole conjunction with <br />a <br />A U G 5 1^81 4 goo 7 FACE 129 <br />
