M. <br />and regulations until Vista Royale, Vista Royale Gardens, and <br />Forest Park Subdivision are fully developed. <br />G. The management of the subject water and <br />sewer facility will be provided by VISTA until February 1, <br />1982; said management to include all maintenance, operation and <br />management of the sewer and water systems. The above described <br />management services will be provided by VISTA to the COUNTY at <br />no cost to the COUNTY; however VISTA will retain all monies <br />collected from Vista Royale and Vista Royale Gardens customers <br />in consideration for the above described management activities <br />until February 1, 1982, at which time the COUNTY will bill, <br />collect and retain all monies collected from Vista Royale, <br />Vista Royale Gardens; and Forest Park Subdivision customers. <br />H. Prior to February 1, 1982, VISTA will make <br />available to the COUNTY 100,000 gallons per day of water <br />treatment capacity and sewage treatment capacity at a bulk -rate <br />charge of $.70 per thousand gallons of water and $.61 per <br />thousand gallons of sewage treatment as measured by the total <br />water usage indicated by the bulk water meter less any water <br />lost as a result of any broken water mains as documented by the <br />COUNTY, but not to exceed 10,000 gallons per break. <br />I. The COUNTY will have the sole and exclusive <br />duties of fixing fees and billing non -Vista Royale, non -Vista <br />Royale Gardens and non -Forest Park Subdivision customers prior <br />to February 1, 1982. <br />J. VISTA will file monthly financial, <br />maintenance, and operation reports as directed and in a form <br />agreed to by the County Utility Department and VISTA beginning <br />one (1) month after the effective date of this Agreement, <br />continuing through February 1, 1982. <br />K. The COUNTY represents that it will not alter <br />the existing types of structures for water and sewage -treatment <br />and will provide adequate screening of these structures from <br />residential areas, to the extent that such screening exists as <br />of February 1, 1982. <br />III <br />BOOK. 47 PAGE 133 <br />
