I <br />Adjustment. and Appeals wi th.in thirty (30) days from the (late <br />of the decision appealed. Said Board of Adjustments and Appeals <br />having been established by Section 1.11.1 of the Standard <br />Building Code adopted by Indian River County Ordinance 77-1O <br />Section 4-1.1.4. PENALTIES. <br />Persons violating this Ordinance, or any provision of the Piro <br />Prevention Code, unless said condition has been modified <br />formally under Section 3, shall be prosecuted and shall be <br />punished by a fine, not to exceed rive Iiundred Dollars ($500.00), <br />or by imprisonment in the County jail, not to exceed sixty <br />(60) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. <br />Section 4-115. VALIDITY. <br />Should any section, paragraph, sentence, or word of this <br />Ordinance, or of the adopted Code, be declared, for any reason, <br />to be invalid, all other portions of this Ordinance shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />Section 4-116. DATE OF EFFECT. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br />its approval as required by Law. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect June 26, 1978. <br />A <br />
