J. Schumann, Jr. who on oath <br />says that he is Business Manager of the Vero Beach Press -Journal, a weekly newspaper published <br />at Vero Beach in Indian River County, Florida; that the attached copy of advertisement, being <br />a <br />in the matter of � . _5.4c , 112. <br />in the <br />lished in said newspaper in the issues ofT <br />Court, was pub- <br />Affiant further says that the said Vero Beach Press -Journal is a newspaper published at <br />Vero Beach, in said Indian River County, and that the said newspaper has heretofore <br />been continuously published in said Indian River County, Florida, weekly and has been entered <br />as second class mail matter at the post office in Vero Beach, in said Indian River County, Florida <br />for a period of one year next preceeding the first publication of the attached copy of adver- <br />tisement; and affiant further says that he has neither paid nor promised any person, firm or <br />corporation any discount, rebate, commission or refund for the purpose of securing this adver- <br />tisement for publication in the said newspaper. <br />Sworn to and subscribed before meAhis qday of__A.D. <br />(SEAL) <br />(/ ) `('3usiness Manager) <br />(Clerk of the Circuit Court, InNn River County, Florida) <br />NOTICE <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board <br />of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, will hold a public hearing on <br />August 19,-1981, at 10:00 A.M., in the Clt•,• <br />Councll Chambers in the Vero Beach City Half, <br />to consider the adoption of an, <br />Ordinance establishing, a deferred com- <br />pensation program for.the officers and em- <br />ployees of Indian River County, Florida; <br />approving and adopting the National <br />Association •: of Counties Deferred Com- <br />pensation Program; designating the Public <br />Employees Benefit Services Corporation to <br />administer the plan; authorizing the County <br />Administrator or his designate to enter into <br />participation agreements with County officers <br />and employees; creating a Deferred- Com- <br />pensation Program Committee to review plan <br />performance and consider claims for hardship <br />distribution; designating such Committee to <br />make determinations pursuant to Florida <br />Statute Section 112.215 (6)(b). regarding in- <br />come tax and retirement provisions of such <br />plan; and providing an effective date. - <br />If any person decides to appeal any decision <br />made on the above matter, he will need a <br />record of the proceedings, and for such pur- <br />poses, he may need to insure that a verbatim <br />record of the proceedings is made, which <br />record includes the testimony in evidence on <br />which the appeal is based. <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />Of Indian River County, Florida <br />By: -s -Patrick S.
