<br />NOTICE OF HEARING
<br />The Board of County Commissioners of
<br />Indian River County will hold a public hearing
<br />on &ySU0 19. 1281, at 3:00 p.m., in its hearing
<br />room at the City Council Chambers at City
<br />Hall, Vero Beach, Florida onthe application of
<br />HUTCHINSON UTILITIES, INC. for transfer
<br />of The Moorings Development Company,
<br />Sewer Franchise on the following described
<br />real property:
<br />All of Government Lot 1, excepting the North
<br />SO feet thereof, Section 27, Township 33 South,
<br />Range 40 East, and all of Government Lot 1,
<br />Section 28, Township 33 South, Range 40 East
<br />(including all of The Moorings, Units 1, 2, and
<br />6, per plats thereof filed in the office of the
<br />Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River
<br />County, Florida); all of Government Lot
<br />Section 28, Township 33 South, Range 40 Ea:

<br />Since requested to examine the rate struc-
<br />ture, the applicant may propose to request a
<br />schedule of rates for this franchise.
<br />If any person decides to appeal any decision
<br />made on the above matter, he will need a
<br />record of the proceedings, and for such pur-
<br />poses, he may need to insure that a verbatim
<br />record of the proceedings is made, which
<br />record includes the testimony and evidence on
<br />which the appeal is based.
