PRESENT WERE PATRICK B. LYONS; CHAIRMAN; <br />%WILLIAM C. WODTKE, JR., VICE CHAIRMAN; DICK BIRD; ALFRED DROVER <br />FLETCHER; AND DON C. SCURLOCK, JR. ALSO PRESENT WERE NEIL A. NELSON, <br />COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR; L.S. "TOMMY" THOMAS, INTERGOVERNMENTAL <br />COORDINATOR; ATTORNEY JOSEPH CIANFRONE REPLACED GEORGE G. COLLINS, JR., <br />ATTORNEY TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, ABSENT BECAUSE OF A <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST; AND JANICE CALDWELL, DEPUTY CLERK, THE VERO <br />BEACH CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS WERE PRESENT: TERRY GOFF, MAYOR; DOROTHY <br />CAIN; JEFFREY BARTON; DAVID GREGG; AND WILLIAM COCHRANE.
