SEP 14 1981 <br />DREDGE AND FILL REVIEW FORM <br />w 47 PnE 453 <br />Concerning the application of the Board of County Conmi.ssioners of Indian River <br />County to construct an extension of Indian River Boulevard, Section 253.124 F.S. provides <br />that the Board of County Comnissioners must make an application to itself and the City <br />Council of Vero Beach on an application which contains the information listed in paragraph <br />I of this form. The law requires that -the biological report mentioned in paragraph I be <br />read into the record and duly considered at the same meeting at which the Board of County <br />Com-nissioners and City Council takes final action on the application for a permit. <br />1.
