S F P 16 1991 Book 47.1 PAPE 537 <br />Work: Replace defective water closet and urinal flush valves on existing <br />fixtures that remained. Provide (2) new electric water coolers and replace <br />bubblers on existing elect. water coolers removed from building as per <br />specs to be reused and relocated. Total of 15 items. <br />A-4: Install (6) 4 ft. X 4 ft. tack boards. <br />NOTE: This item is not a Change Order but is in the contract by G.C. <br />to provide and install. <br />Work: On 8-21-81 Herkon wrote a memo to Neil Nelson with suggestive <br />locations. The Administrator turned this over to Personnel Director <br />for evaluation and an "oral message of, we will install the six (6) <br />tack boards when Owner occupies bldg." <br />I have no cost on these (6) installations. <br />Herkon instructed G.C. to store these in Tax Collector's vault for safe <br />keeping. <br />A-5: On 8-4-81, I received a letter from Tax Collector, Gene Morris, not <br />to install (6) tele/power poles, which were in the G.C.'s contract <br />to install. <br />Work: I instructed G.C.'s electrician not to install the (6) tele/ <br />power poles and to store in Tax Col. vault for safe keeping. I have <br />no cost on these (6) installations. <br />Total cost (as per Change Orders) for: <br />A-1 <br />= Excluded <br />A-2 <br />= $2,655.24 <br />A-3 <br />= $2,464.40 <br />A-4 <br />= No cost available <br />A-5 = <br />No cost available <br />$5,119.64 <br />B-1: Change Order No. 67, with Change Proposals 109, and 114, costs - $798.59 <br />plus $1,092.24, presented today.' <br />Work: New 4" gasi valve for H.W. main in room N-120 (boiler/chiller) <br />Total cost $ 798.59 <br />1,092.24 <br />$1,890.83 <br />B-2: Architects memorandum (written in field 8-19-81) on time & material basis. <br />Work: Existing roof drain piping (horiz. run into wall) <br />Total cost: $153.14 <br />Status: Change Order to be forthcoming. <br />B-3: Change Proposal No. 116, (8-26-81) requested by Dave Nolte, Property <br />Appraiser, via letters to Neil Nelson & Herkon. <br />Work: Demolish new room S-108. <br />Involved are: <br />Finishes - Carpet, walls, ceiling, & base <br />Electrical - Switches, conn. outlets, light fixtures <br />Air/Cond. - Diffusers, R/Air grilles. <br />Status: Being priced out by Gen. Contractor & Subs. <br />Costs: Will be substantially high, by my opinion. <br />
