ADMINISTRATOR NELSON STATED THAT AS OF CHANGE ORDER #67, <br />THE TOTAL OVERRUN FOR THE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING IS $3L16,391,11, <br />HE DID NOT HAVE THE FIGURE FOR THE COUNTY COURTHOUSE, AND COMMISSIONER <br />SCURLOCK NOTED THAT THE FIGURE FOR THE ESTIMATED COST-PLUS IN THE <br />B CATEGORY WOULD HAVE TO BE ADDED TO THE OVERRUN COSTS, <br />THE BOARD THEN DISCUSSED THE CHANGES REQUESTED BY PROPERTY <br />APPRAISER DAVID NOLTE UNDER B-3 IN THE MEMO, AND IT WAS EXPLAINED THAT <br />THIS AREA WAS PLANNED BY FORMER PROPERTY APPRAISER BILL LAW, AND MR. <br />NOLTE DOES NOT FIND IT SATISFACTORY FOR HIS NEEDS, DIVISION OF ROOM <br />S-338 WHICH THE STATE MARINE PATROL IS INTERESTED IN RENTING, WAS NEXT <br />REVIEWED, AND IT WAS FELT THIS COULD BE ACCOMPLISHED WITH TEMPORARY <br />TYPE PARTITIONS INSTEAD OF PERMANENT METAL STUDDING. <br />DISCUSSION ON RENTAL SPACE IN COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING <br />COMMISSIONER WODTKE WISHED TO KNOW WHO MAKES THE DETERMINATION <br />RE WHOM WE WILL RENT TO, FOR WHAT AMOUNT, AND WHAT ALTERATIONS WILL BE <br />MADE. <br />ADMINISTRATOR NELSON REPORTED THAT THEY ARE JUST NOW REQUEST- <br />ING A CHANGE PROPOSAL REGARDING THE AREA FOR THE ORGANIZED CRIME <br />BUREAU, BUT BEFORE ANYTHING IS FINALIZED OR ANY REPAIRS ARE MADE, THE <br />BOARD WILL BE SUPPLIED WITH INFORMATION AS TO COST PER SQ. FT., ETC., <br />AND WILL MAKE THE FINAL DECISION AS TO ALL RENTALS.
