SEC. 3 completed.. 4 <br />EXCEPT AS HEREAFTER PROVIDED: <br />1. No structure shall be erected, constructed, reconstructed., <br />or structurally altered, nor shall any structure or land or combination <br />thereof be used unless the use to which the structure and/or land is <br />to be put is listed in the USES PERMITTED section of the zone district <br />in which the land is located and unless the structure, land, and/or <br />use fully complies with all of the applicable district regulations, ex- <br />cept as allowed under Paragraph J, Section 25, General Provisions. <br />2. The minimum area, yards and other open spaces, including the <br />intensity of use provisions contained in this Ordinance for each and <br />every building hereafter erected, constructed, reconstructed or struct- <br />urally altered, shall not be encroached upon or considered as area, yard <br />or open space requirements or intensity of use requirements for any <br />other building. <br />3. In single family districts, every building hereafter erected <br />or structurally altered shall be located on a lot as herein defined, <br />and, in no case shall there be more than the principal building and <br />the customary accessory buildings on one lot or parcel of land. <br />4. Where front yards, which are yards fronting on.a street, may <br />be established on each of two intersecting streets, there shall be a <br />front yard on each street side of a corner lot; provided, however, that <br />the buildable width of such lot shall not be reduced to less than 30 <br />feet and provided, further, that no accessory building on a corner lot <br />shall project into the front lot line on either street. <br />5. Whenever a dwelling is to be erected in a district other than <br />a residential district, it shall conform to the minimum setback require- <br />ments as set forth in the R-3 Multiple Family District. <br />6. No dwelling shall be erected closer to another dwelling than <br />double the minimum setback restriction except where two dwellings are <br />erected on a single tract of land. <br />7. A building constructed on a site consisting of two lots must be <br />located either within the required setback from -the common or center lot <br />line, or the building must be constructed on both lots. <br />8. Along the Atlantic Ocean, no building or structure shall be <br />located closer than fifty (50) feet from the western most bluff of the <br />natural vegetation line. <br />Section 4. A -AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT: <br />(A) PURPOSE AND INTENT.
