� s � <br />The Board reviewed the Hibiscus Airport property, and <br />Commissioner Scurlock felt the Board should be receptive to the <br />Planning Department's recommendation. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Bird to change the designation <br />of the property known as the Hibiscus Airport from LD -2 to MD -1, and <br />those that are affected by it would have a full opportunity to express <br />their feelings at the next County Commission meeting. <br />Motion died for lack of a second. <br />Debate continued. <br />Chairman Lyons stated that the maps would have to be redone <br />and then the Board could make their decision regarding this matter. <br />A gentleman appeared on behalf of Steve Henderson regarding <br />property owned by John.Cole on Kings Highway, and requested that the <br />boundary line be moved. <br />Planning Director Rever responded that in this particular <br />area, there was no need to change and it was best to use the road <br />for a boundary line. <br />Steve Henderson's representative next discussed property <br />owned by Henry Parman next I-95. <br />Mr. Rever stated that this item was addressed at the last <br />CLUP meeting and they did not make the change he requested. <br />Judd Barker, 38th Avenue, briefly discussed LD -1 zoning <br />for Kings Highway. <br />The Chairman announced that there would be a CLUP meeting <br />at 7:00 P.M. in City Hall Council Chambers on November 2, 1981. <br />There being no further business, on Motion made, seconded <br />and carried, the Board of County Commissioners adjourned at 11:15 <br />o'clock P.M. <br />ATTEST: <br />OCT 141981 11 M6K 47 PAGE 750 <br />
