It was voted on <br />and carried with a vote of 3 to 2, with Commissioners Wodtke and <br />Bird voting in opposition. <br />Mr. Rever next discussed the area at I-95 and the S.R. <br />512 node, and suggested that it be split between industrial and <br />commercial. He then discussed the annexation in Sebastian and the <br />Sebastian Airport Industrial Node and felt that node of 130 acres <br />should be eliminated. <br />Discussion followed. <br />Commissioner Fletcher objected to the Sebastian Airport <br />Node being brought up now instead of discussing it in Sebastian. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Bird, seconded by Commis- <br />sioner Wodtke to reconsider the node at I-95 and S.R. 512 to <br />accommodate both industrial and commercial; and to reconsider the <br />Sebastian Airport Node with the concerned people being notified of <br />the meeting. <br />The Chairman called for the question. It was voted on <br />and carried with a vote of 3 to 2, with Commissioners Fletcher and <br />Scurlock voting in opposition. <br />Mr. Rever next discussed with the Board the Trodglen, Global <br />Paving & Old Race Track Area, which has acreage of about 100 acres. <br />He recommended that this area be taken out of LD -2 and placed into <br />a 100 acre industrial node. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Wodtke, seconded by Commissioner <br />Bird, the Board unanimously approved the subject area be taken out <br />of the LD -2 classification and placed into a 100 acre industrial node. <br />Chairman Lyons discussed Mr. Avril's property, which is on <br />the east side of U.S. #1 in the Wabasso area. <br />Discussion followed and it was determined that the Planning <br />Department had addressed Mr. Avril's request. <br />
