It was voted on and carried with a vote of 3 to 2, with Commissioners Wodtke and Bird voting in opposition. Mr. Rever next discussed the area at I-95 and the S.R. 512 node, and suggested that it be split between industrial and commercial. He then discussed the annexation in Sebastian and the Sebastian Airport Industrial Node and felt that node of 130 acres should be eliminated. Discussion followed. Commissioner Fletcher objected to the Sebastian Airport Node being brought up now instead of discussing it in Sebastian. Motion was made by Commissioner Bird, seconded by Commis- sioner Wodtke to reconsider the node at I-95 and S.R. 512 to accommodate both industrial and commercial; and to reconsider the Sebastian Airport Node with the concerned people being notified of the meeting. Mr. Rever next discussed with the Board the Trodglen, Global Paving & Old Race Track Area, which has acreage of about 100 acres. He recommended that this area be taken out of LD -2 and placed into a 100 acre industrial node. On Motion by Commissioner Wodtke, seconded by Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved the subject area be taken out of the LD -2 classification and placed into a 100 acre industrial node. Chairman Lyons discussed Mr. Avril's property, which is on the east side of U.S. #1 in the Wabasso area. Discussion followed and it was determined that the Planning Department had addressed Mr. Avril's request.
