<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board
<br />of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, is reviewing the feasibility of
<br />making the following changes and additions to
<br />the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, which changes and additions are
<br />substantially as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order
<br />that the following described property situated
<br />between 12th and 16th Streets, west of 82nd
<br />Avenue, in Indian River County, Florida, to -
<br />wit:
<br />Tracts 1 and 2s and Tracts 7 and'8, less the
<br />South Sixty (60). feet thereof for road right-of-
<br />way, Section 11, Township 33 South, Range 38
<br />East,' -according to the plat of Indian River
<br />Farms Company, filed in the office of the Clerk
<br />of the Circuit Court of _St. Lucie County,
<br />Florida, in Plat_Book 2, page 25, said land now
<br />lying and being in Indian River County,
<br />Florida, containing 160 acres, more or less.

<br />Mobile Home Park District.
<br />A public hearing in relation thereto at which
<br />parties in interest and citizens shall have an
<br />opportunity to be heard, will be held -by said
<br />Board of County Commissioners in the Council
<br />Chamber of the City Hall, Vero Beach,
<br />Florida, on Wednesday, October 21, 1981, at
<br />A: 30 P.M.
<br />.If any person decides to appeal any decision
<br />made on the above matter, he will need a
<br />record .of the proceedings, and for such pur-
<br />poses, he may need to insure that a verbatim
<br />record of the proceedings is made, which in-
<br />cludes testimony and evidence upon which the
<br />appeal is based.

<br />Attorney Collins commented that a few months ago,
<br />the Commission had turned down a request for similar zoning
<br />in this general area, and this matter is presently under
<br />litigation.
<br />The affected property owners were sent notice of the
<br />public hearing by Freda Wright, Clerk of Circuit Court, as
<br />required by F.S. 125.66.
