<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board
<br />Of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, is reviewing the feasibility of
<br />making the following changes and additions to
<br />the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, which changes and additions are
<br />substantially as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order
<br />that the following described property, situated
<br />on the SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE IN-
<br />TERSECTION OF NORTH GIFFORD ROAD
<br />& 2511% AVENUE in Indian River County,
<br />Florida, to -wit:
<br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 13, HILLCREST SUB-
<br />DIVISION, PLAT NO. TWO, according to the
<br />Plat of same filed in the Office ofithe Clerk of
<br />the Circuit Court of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, in Plat Book 2, page 92.
<br />Lot 1, Block 20, HILLCREST SUBDIVISION,
<br />PLAT NO. FOUR, according to Plat of same
<br />filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit
<br />Court of Indian River County, Florida, in Plat
<br />Book 3, page 47.
<br />Be changed from R-2 Multiple Family
<br />District to C-1 Commercial District.
<br />A public hearing in relation thereto at which
<br />parties in interest and citizens -shall have.an
<br />opportunity to be heard, will be held by said
<br />Board of County Commissioners in the the
<br />Council Chamber of the City Hall, Vero Beach,
<br />Florida, on Wednesday, October 21, 1981, at
<br />1:30 P.M.
<br />If any person decides to appeal any decision
<br />made on the above matter, he will need a
<br />record of the proceedings, and for such pur-
<br />poses, he may need to insure that a verbatim
<br />record of th proceedings Is made, which in-
<br />cludes testimony and evidence upon which the s
<br />appeal Is based.
