� � s <br />Commissioner Scurlock stated that he had no problem with <br />this and felt it was a good use for the subject location. <br />The Chairman asked if anyone present wished to be heard. <br />There were none. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Scurlock, seconded by <br />Commissioner Fletcher, the Board unanimously closed the <br />public hearing. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Scurlock, seconded by <br />Commissioner Fletcher, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 81-38 rezoning from R-2 to C-1 as requested by <br />Ronald Hudson. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 81-38 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public.: hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended <br />as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />OCT 21 M1 <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 13, HILLCREST SUBDIVISION, PLAT NO. <br />TWO, according to the Plat of same filed in the Office <br />of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, <br />Florida, in Plat Book 2, page 92. <br />Lot 1, Block 20, HILLCREST SUBDIVISION, PLAT NO. FOUR, <br />according to Plat of same filed in the office of the <br />Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida, <br />in Plat Book 3, page 47. <br />Be changed from R-2 District to C-1Commercial District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect October 26, 1981. <br />35 <br />BOOK 4 !
