7. Permitting requirements of various regulatory agencies beyond <br />that covered by Section A - Basic Engineering Services. <br />Payment for the services specified in this Section C shall be in accordance with <br />Contract Modification Number Five of the December 20, 1972 Agreement for Engineer- <br />ing Services.
